What We’re Looking For: Majestic Care Living Services is on the hunt for caring and reliable Home Care Specialists to help out with the daily living needs of our independent living residents. You’ll be the friendly face they count on, making their lives easier and keeping things running smoothly. If you’re someone who loves to lend a helping hand and make a difference, this could be the job for you!
 

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Help residents with personal care, meal prep, and keeping their spaces tidy.

• Provide companionship and a listening ear to brighten their day.

• Keep an eye out for changes in their health or living situation and report it to the team.

• Ensure a safe, clean environment where residents can thrive.

• Work closely with the care team to follow each resident’s personalized care plan.

What You’ll Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent (extra certifications are a plus but not required).

• Some experience in home care or working with the elderly is great, but if you’re new, we’ll train you.

• A caring, patient, and reliable attitude—these are non-negotiable!

• Solid communication skills and the ability to work well with others.

• Able to pass a background check (just covering our bases here!).

Pay Rate:
We believe in rewarding experience! You can earn up to $15 an hour, depending on your background and what you bring to the table.
